Havant Monday 6 a side news - match day 7

In an electrifying week seven of the Havant Monday 6-a-side football league, teams from Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 clashed, showcasing their incredible skills and determination.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, Leigh Park United delivered an impressive performance with an 8-1 victory over Space Stars FC. Their shining star, Mikey Davis, dominated the field, scoring four goals and securing his spot as the top scorer in Division 1 this week. Other notable matches included Puff Puff Pass against Kanut Hit The Net FC, where the latter team was defeated 6-3. Misfits struggled against Smashers, succumbing to a 5-1 loss. In a nail-biting match, Meat FC emerged victorious against Smokin Jokers with a slim margin of 5-4.

DIVISION TWO

Meanwhile, in Division 2, Rapid Decline left a lasting impression with their 5-0 win over new boys Puyol Pants Down. Their front-runner, Ryan Mould, scored three goals, becoming the top scorer for Division 2 this week. Pol Gus triumphed over AFC Mole Hill in a 5-3 encounter. Terrible Ballsy showcased their prowess with a 6-0 victory against Flamingo FC, while El Pork Pies defeated The Rejects 3-1.

DIVISION THREE

Division 3 saw some intense action as well. 2 Goals 1 Cup beat Meat Reserves with a 5-1 scoreline, with Jack Heselwood scoring a hat-trick to become Division 3's top scorer this week. Man Tity also claimed a victory against MoLeicester City while Giroud Sandstorm faltered against leaders AJB FC as they went down 3-1, AJB keeping alive their 100% record at the halfway point of the season. Finally Saka Spuds outplayed Barely Athletic, finishing with a 5-1 score to remain in the second promotion place.

Amid these thrilling matches, Dan Cole, a player from the victorious Terrible Ballsy squad, stood out. His exceptional performance earned him the distinction of the most valued player for the week.

This week's matches have set the bar high for the upcoming rounds, increasing the anticipation for next week's games. The teams have shown great promise, and it will be interesting to see how the rest of the season unfolds.
