In the riveting world of amateur football, the Havant Monday league has just wrapped up week 9 and we have some exciting results to share.
DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Leigh Park United delivered a phenomenal performance, defeating Kanut Hit The Net FC 10-2. The star of the show was Harley Strange, who managed to net four goals for his team, earning the title of top scorer in the division this week. Following closely, Space Stars FC clinched a clean 3-0 victory against Misfits. Smashers and Smokin Jokers, however, couldn't break the deadlock and had to settle for a 1-1 draw.
DIVISION TWO
Moving on to Division 2, AFC Mole Hill edged out Puyol Pants Down 2-1 in a closely fought match. Flamingo FC displayed impressive form, defeating Pol Gus 3-1. Rapid Decline managed to scrape a narrow 3-2 victory over El Pork Pies and The Rejects triumphed over Terrible Ballsy with a 3-1 win. Frankie Williams of Rapid Decline rose to the occasion and managed to bag two goals.
DIVISION THREE
In Division 3, Man Tity gave an outstanding performance, scoring nine goals against 2 Goals 1 Cup, without conceding. A thrilling 3-3 draw was witnessed between Meat Reserves and Giroud Sandstorm. MoLeicester City comfortably defeated Barely Athletic 7-1 and leaders AJB FC narrowly beat second place Saka Spuds 4-3. Paul Manniex of Man Tity was on fire, scoring an incredible six goals and walking away as the top scorer of Division 3.
The week concluded with Mason Macgill of MoLeicester City being named the most valued player. His stellar performance on the field was instrumental in his team's victory and was appreciated his teammates.
