In the second week of the highly anticipated Havant Monday 6 a side Football League, players across the divisions showcased exceptional performances.
In Division 1, an intense match saw El Pork Pies narrowly overcoming Smashers with a scoreline of 2-1. Meanwhile, Puff Puff Pass and Emsworth 6s battled it out on the pitch, concluding the competitive match with an even score of 2-2. The real standout performance though was Misfits, who netted an impressive six goals against Leigh Park United, finishing the game at 6-3. Misfits' David Gleeson emerged as the top scorer of Division 1, bagging an impressive three goals in the match.
Division 2 saw Smokin Jokers bring the heat, as they scored a whopping 14 goals against Flamingo FC who managed to net six goals in response. Meanwhile, Meat FC secured a clear victory against Hayling FC with a 4-0 score. Apart from the team's stellar performance, Smokin Joker's Mikey Davis shone as the top scorer of Division 2, netting four goals.
In Division 3, 2 Goals 1 Cup trounced Barely Athletic by seven goals to none. Meat Reserves and Saka Spuds had a tough competition with Saka Spuds sealing the win 4-1. In a closely contested game, AFC Mole Hill edged out MoLeicester City 2-1. Tom Cross from 2 Goals 1 Cup was the top scorer with three goals.
The star of the week, however, was Craig Marchant from AFC Mole Hill who put up an outstanding performance, earning him the title of the most valued player of the week. His outstanding skills and team spirit have been widely appreciated and admired during this week's matches.
