We saw another brilliant night of 6 a side down at the Havant and Waterlooville stadium for our compelling Monday night league again last night.
Thank you to all the captains that got organised again and sorted their teams early, it really is the best way to make sure that everyone gets competitive football every week.
We are now looking for a new team to jump into Division One, so if you have contacts that would welcome some competitive Monday night football please get them to go online and sign up, 1st game is FREE and sign up is just £15 at the moment!
Well done to Cardiac Arrest who continued their fine form and maintained their 100% record this season so far. West Lee Mack put in a resiliant fight but Cardiac were just too strong on the night and a Nick Howe Hattrick secured the points with a 7 - 2 win. A.W.FC and Barely Legal both had points wins while Puff Puff Pass edged a tight one with LP HitSquad, coming away 1 - 0 winners.
Division One is looking exciting as just two points separate the top 6 teams after 4 rounds of matches. RM Crossfit are top still after a 12 - 0 (Jonsun Smart 4, Zak Adams 5) win against Meat FC who have now been moved to Division Two in place of Bombs who felt the need to not turn up again and have now been removed. Rapid Decline won 3 - 0 against Goal Diggers while MK Dongs won in a high scoring game against Bub Bub FC. it finished 7 - 2 to leave MK Dongs as one of 3 teams on 6 points. Westy had a points win as Keith FC couldn't get a side out this week.
Into division two and Rovers look strong here with 4 wins from 4, defeating Swan FC this week 3 - 1 to keep themselves ahead of Island FC who picked up a points win. Tangfastic took the points in one of the games of the night as they went toe to toe against Kye Rovers. Almost inevitably it was the goals from Jack Heselwood that made the difference, the sharp shooter bagging another Leisure Leagues hattrick to take his side to a 6 - 3 win and leave his team 4th. Willian Your Mouth round off the report with a 3 - 0 win against The Fox to edge away from the bottom 3.
Great work as always from Mike, Mark, Jack and Nathan, we are lucky to have some of the best refs around in this league.
Have a great week everyone, speak to your teams early about next week and we will see you all then !
