The Boston Monday league never disappoints. And the first round of games in this new month did not disappoint at the Haven High Academy with some terrific 6-a-side action.
In the Premier League, Bosh Squad took top spot and knocked FCHasbik down into third in a pulsating clash of the big dogs, with the former winning 4-3. Tattoo Crew's terrific 7-6 win over Sons of Pitches dropped the latter into second, while Allstars Romania won 8-1 against Dynamo Kebab in a terrific showing. Boston FC claimed a solid result as well, beating Real Ale Madrid 5-1.
Division 1 saw leaders Who Ate All Depays and Class of 2023 lock horns, with a thrilling contest ending in a 5-5 draw. Boom Xhakalaka then managed to close the gap a little on top spot, with a 7-2 win over Pedoplarks, as Abiraj Singhers' efforts were finally rewarded in a terrific game, as they won 7-5 against Fritzls Basement Boys. Lads on Toure climbed into third with a 3-1 win over ImJustBeta.
In Division 2, leaders Gylfi Pleasures came out on top in another top two clash, as they beat Tekkerslovakia 6-2. Sands United Boston drew level on points with the latter, thanks to a 5-2 win over Torettos. Intermivan and Nottinyourmums Forest clashed in a pulsating game, arguably the best of the week, with Intermivan eventually winning 9-4. Martins Boys FC notched up a solid results as well, with an 8-3 win over Bank Lads.
