The Boston Monday 6-a-side league saw plenty of cracking fixtures across all three divisions at the Haven High Academy pitches this week.
In the Premier League, Boston FC and Sons of Pitches both got walkovers and kicked off with a fun friendly. If you do not have a match, you can always pay and play as usual in a casual game against another opponent assigned on the day.
As a result of these walkovers and FCHasbik's crucial 4-1 win over Spank Ya FC, the latter dropped to second and Boston FC have become the new league leaders.
Division 1 action kicked off with a belting performance from Boom Xhakalaka, who jumped ahead in the table with a 8-2 beatdown of Who Ate All Depays. PedoPlarks FC beat Real Ale Madrid 5-3 in another fascinating game, while the other two matches saw walkovers for Tattoo Crew and Tekkerslovakia.
In Division 2, Boston Man V Fat FC edged out a 2-1 win over The Torettos, while Sands United Boston shocked Bank Lads with a 4-2 win. Fritzls Basement Boys stayed atop the standings with a narrow 1-0 win against their main challengers ImJustBeta in a huge moment for the title race. Finally, the game of the week was played out by Martins Boys FC and Intermivan, who drew 5-5 in an incredible, end-to-end game.
