Boston Monday 6-a-side: Results of the Week

This was another cracking week of fixtures in the Boston Monday 6-a-side league, which continued to bring the heat across all four divisions. 

Here’s a look at some of the best matches of the week.

Premier League leaders Boston FC came through a tough test against Boom Xhakalaka for a 7-4 win in a thrilling fixture, as Sons of Pitches grabbed a 6-2 win over FCHasbik for their first points of the campaign. 

In Division 1, a superb contest between Tekkerslovakia and Haven’t Jota Kulu ended in a 3-3 draw, as the sides are now level on points. The former dropped to third place, while the latter climbed out of the drop zone and into fourth. 

Division 2 had goals galore, with Canastew Crew steamrolling Just a Joke 12-2, while Intermivan cruised past the Gingerbread Men 8-2, and Sands United Boston claimed a comfortable 6-2 win to cap off a week with 32 goals across three games in the division! 

Another tier below in division 3, the pace did not slow down as Average Joes dispatched Boys Venga 7-0, while Btown Ballers annihilated TMA Tekkers 16-2 in a ridiculous game.
