It was a bitterly cold night in Heavitree last night to greet our teams who all turned out regardless for another exciting round of games.
Fatzio continue to work their way up the table as they picked up another comfortable win. 12 - 4 the score against Peakers Athletic with the Tuckett lads netting 4 each. Oldham Pathetic will take some catching though having opened up a 5 point gap at the top with an important win over 2nd placed The Elite. Craig Allington pulling further ahead in the golden boot race with 7 while Chris Hodges chipped in with a hattrick. Tal Donaghue's 3 goals for Steau Needarest weren't enough to prevent Scorinbread from picking up the win in their game. Scorinbread closing the gap on The Elite with a good 5 - 4 win and down at the bottom it was a much needed win for St Annes as they got the better of Chevalier United 7 - 3.
Well done to everyone who took part this week, always challenging in the cold but looks like there was a good atmosphere and some exciting games. Big thanks to Neil for managing the night for us. Next Sunday is the last games before the Xmas break, we are off for 2 weeks, returning on 8th January.
