Exeter Sunday 5 a side - WEEK 6 HIGHLIGHTS

In the heart of Devon, at Heavitree Social Club, the sixth week of the Exeter Sunday Football League witnessed some intense and thrilling matches. The teams from two divisions - the Premier League and Division 1 - battled it out in a spectacle of sporting talent and teamwork.

In the Premier League division, Receding FC displayed an impressive performance, outscoring Steau Needarest with a whopping scoreline of 11-3. This remarkable victory was driven by the phenomenal performance of Gavin Weeks, who effortlessly netted four goals, claiming the top scorer spot for the Premier League division this week.

However, the game between Oldham Pathetic FC and Scorinbread United was indeed the match of the night. Despite the high stakes, Scorinbread United managed to secure a narrow victory of 6-5 over Oldham Pathetic FC. Their player, Tyler Hoyle, was adjudged the most valued player of the week, a testament to his outstanding contribution to the team's victory.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, the competition was equally fierce. The match between Pinhoe Dome Raiders and Inter Ya Nan ended in a 2-2 draw, reflecting the intense competition in this division. However, the highlight of the night in this division was the performance of Finley Clarke-Daniels, who scored three crucial goals, leading Smeg United to a decisive 4-2 victory over Sidmouth Slugs. HKger EXE also showcased a gripping performance, defeating Relegation Rovers 6-3.
