HEAVITREE 5 A SIDE - SUNDAY ROUND UP

We were treated to another night of goal filled action in our Sunday Night 5 a side league at Heavitree Social Club this week. 

Leaders Oldham Pathetic won again to make it 11 wins from 11 this season, Corey Knowles the top scorer with 3 as they came away 7 - 3 winners over Divine Interception, Owen Bradley on target with a couple for Divine. The Elite in 2nd won an absolute thriller 8 - 7 Vs Scorinbread Utd, Marc Joslin on target with a hattrick to stay ahead in the race for second place. Ryan Giggs Top 10 Hits picked up their 2nd win of the season with Owen Cawood finding the net 5 times in their 13 - 5 win over Cream Payet. Harry Bowley and debutant Jack Taylor also registered hattricks for The Giggs' while Ben Hocking bagged 5 for Cream Payet. Finally we saw Steau Needarest secure a 13 - 4 win over Exeter's Young Boys despite Harry Eaton netting all 4 of EYB's goals.
