MATLOCK 6 A SIDE TUESDAY LEAGUE NEWS - 19TH OCTOBER

It was another good night of football in our Tuesday night 6-a-side league in Matlock at the brand new 3G pitch at Highfields School. Unfortunately 2 of our teams notified Head Office that they were unable to attend their game but an alternative game was arranged for their opponents.

A reminder to all teams that if you can give 7 days notice to cancel a game then you will also not be charged so please try to plan ahead when you know you have prior committments.

The games on the Tuesday night threw up some high scoring games including Stella FC's first win of the season in a big 5-1 win against The Deadly Elements.

The game of the night however was the game between DDCC FC and Murder on Zidane's Floor. DDCC FC were made to work hard for their first win of the season in a thoroughly entertaining game which they eventually won 4-3!

The game to look out for next week is the current top of the table clash between Queens Park Strangers and Dads Army Miners Welfare!
