In the thrilling week 13 of the Matlock Tuesday 6-a-side Football league, teams from the Premier League and Division 1 divisions clashed, leading to a night of adrenaline-pumping action and high-scoring games.

In the Premier League division, A6 Milan demonstrated their supremacy by convincingly beating Sycamore Rovers FC with a score of 4-1. Saul, the star striker for A6 Milan, topped the charts by netting two goals, proving to be crucial in their victory. In a nail-biting match, Dads Army Miners Welfare managed to squeeze past Tansley Dragons FC with a 5-4 victory. Queens Park Strangers also secured their win by keeping a clean sheet against Woodsome Park Wanderers, ending the game with a 2-0 triumph.

Over in Division 1, the competition was equally fierce. Virgin Olympics narrowly lost to Stagger Inn with a score of 0-1. Riber Rent Boys and Borussia Teeth ended their match in a 2-2 draw, as did Dalton Fc and BTPSG. AFC Wirksworth and The Deadly Elements also concluded their game with a 3-3 draw. George Barrington of Riber Rent Boys emerged as the top scorer of the week in Division 1, after impressively scoring two goals.

The highlight of the week, however, was Sam Wright of Wigan Pathetic, who was recognized as the most valued player. His contribution to his team was remarkable, igniting their game with his exceptional skills and game sense.
