Chatham Monday 5 a side news 2024-12-02

Week fourteen of the Chatham Monday Football League brought an exciting conclusion to a well-fought season in all three divisions.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Pheasant Pluckers clinched the title with an impressive 23 points, securing 11 wins over the course of the season. Despite their loss to Borstal Bums in a thrilling 5-6 match, their previous victories ensured their top spot in Division 1. Adding to the drama was Harry Osborne of Holcombe Goons, who emerged as the top scorer of the division, contributing 2 goals for his team despite their 6-4 loss to Bligh A Side.

DIVISION TWO
Division 2 saw Unathletico Madrid crowned as champions with 22 points and 10 wins this season. This division’s top scorer, Colin Balderston of Beercelona, made a remarkable contribution with 3 goals in their team's 6-8 defeat to Athletic Dildao.

DIVISION THREE
Finally, Division 3 wrapped up with Get Your Scally Out FC claiming the title with 23 points and 11 wins. This division’s top goal scorer, Tyler Jackson of Arselona, netted 4 goals in their 4-6 loss to Get Your Scally Out FC.

This season of the Chatham Monday Football League has been packed full of action, with high-scoring games and nail-biting finishes.
