In a thrilling week 7 of the Chatham Monday 5 a side Football league, the top scorers lit up the field with dazzling performances. The action-packed week witnessed some high-scoring matches and nail-biting finishes in Divisions 1, 2, and 3.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, Young Boys CF showcased their dominance with a magnificent victory over Beercelona, with a scoreline of 7-2. Ashley Vann was the standout player for Young Boys CF, netting an impressive total of 3 goals, thus emerging as the top scorer in the division. Meanwhile, Cadiz Nuts CF rolled over Nigel Bens XI with a score of 8-2 while Borstal Bums narrowly lost to Holcombe Goons in a 13-goal thriller, with the score reading 7-6. The top of the table clash between Bligh A Side and Pheasant Pluckers ended in a 3-1 victory for Bligh as they rose to the top of the table.

DIVISION TWO

The action in Division 2 was equally exhilarating. Mac's 3.0 triumphed over Unathletico Madrid with a score of 4-2, while Workrate FC secured a 6-2 victory against Scottswood. Omar Opata of Workrate FC was the star of Division 2, scoring a brace. Selecao win a thriller 6-4 against Skinners while Cokane cruised to a 6- win against Gayson Mount.

DIVISION THREE

Division 3 presented some high-scoring affairs, with leaders G Čech FC defeating Club Tropicana Drinks FC 10-5 and Maroon 5 clinching a 7-3 victory over Get Your Scally Out FC. Ryan of G Čech FC was the standout player in Division 3, netting an astounding 5 goals to become the top scorer in his division for the week. Arselona picked up a comfortable 7-1 win away at Barely Athletic while Tekkerslovakia won a nine goal thriller 5-4 against Snus Warriors.

This week's matches demonstrated the high levels of competition in the Chatham Monday league, setting the stage for an exciting rest of the season.
