Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 12

In the thrilling week 12 of the Chatham Monday 5-a-side Football league, the teams faced off with intense competition across all divisions.


DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Holcombe Goons came out on top with a hard-fought 4-2 win over Nigel Bens XI. Harry Osborne was the star of the match, contributing two goals to the victory and securing his place as the division's top scorer. Pheasant Pluckers also managed to secure a win with a solid 2-0 score against Cokane United. However, the most high scoring match was saw Borstal Bums defeating Cadiz Nuts CF 5-3, in a game brimming with adrenaline.


DIVISION TWO
Meanwhile, in Division 2, Andrew Skinner stole the show with 3 goals for Skinners Fc, leading his team to a resounding 6-1 victory over Young Boys CF. Workrate FC also carved out a significant win, defeating Athletic Dildao 5-3, while Gylfie Pleasures V2 scored a 4-2 win against YSO FEINIOUS.


DIVISION THREE
Division 3 witnessed a jaw-dropping performance from George Cook of Club Tropicana Drinks FC, who single-handedly scored 8 goals, leading his team to an astonishing 14-2 demolition of Barely Athletic. Elsewhere, Arselona crushed SORRY BRO 10-3, and Gayson Mount outmaneuvered Scottswood with a 5-1 victory.


With only two weeks remaining in the season, teams across all divisions are vying to secure their place in the next season. The competition promises to reach new heights as we approach the thrilling climax of the Chatham Monday 5-a-side Football league. The top scorers for each division have set a high bar and it remains to be seen if others can rise to the challenge in the remaining weeks.
