Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 7

In the thrilling week 7 of the Chatham Monday 5-a-side football league, there was no shortage of action in Divisions 1, 2, and 3.

DIVISION ONE
In the first division, Unathletico Madrid put on a clinic with a resounding 4-1 victory over Bligh A Side. Meanwhile, Holcombe Goons outdid themselves by beating Cadiz Nuts CF with an impressive 7-0 scoreline. Borstal Bums took apart Chatham Eagles, taking home a 12-1 win, and Pheasant Pluckers narrowly edged out Skinners FC in a nine-goal thriller, finishing 5-4. Andrew Skinner of Skinners FC was the stand-out performer in Division 1, netting three goals to become the top scorer of the week.

DIVISION TWO
In the Division 2 fixtures, Cokane United showed excellent form by defeating Get Your Scally Out FC, 5-2. In the other fixture of the division, Pain In Diaz FC managed to secure a 2-0 victory against Gylfie Pleasures V2. Ollie Kent-Smith was Division 2's top scorer, registering a goal for Pain in Diaz FC.

DIVISION THREE

Division 3 was equally competitive. Moretti managed to squeak by Athletic Dildao in a high-scoring affair, winning 5-4. SORRY BRO dominated Barely Athletic, finishing 8-2, and Lallanas In Pyjamas comfortably beat Gayson Mount 4-1. Jacob Arnold of Athletic Dildao was the top scorer of the week in Division 3, with two goals to his name.

With the season heating up, the players and teams are showing no signs of slowing down. The competition promises more thrill, skill, and goals in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for the next week's action.
