The highly anticipated second week of the Chatham Thursday 5-a-side Football league resulted in a thrilling display of talent, skill, and determination, as teams in Division 1 battled for dominance.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, Girth On Turf fell short against Mac 4, with a final score of 5-3 to Macs. Undoubtedly, Mac 4's exceptional performance amplified their victory, setting a high bar for the weeks to come. Meanwhile, Medway 57 demonstrated an outstanding offensive game, outscoring Sheffield Thursday 10-4. The high-scoring match was a testament to the hard work of the Medway 57 team, who now boast the division's top scorer, Tyler Vaughan. Vaughan's incredible prowess on the pitch saw him net an impressive 6 goals, contributing significantly to the victory of his team.

Another exciting match saw Perrys put up a good fight but eventually lose to Radar Raiders, 6-4. Despite the tough loss, Perrys' David Hall emerged as the most valued player of the week. His stellar performance throughout the game demonstrated his exceptional skill, commitment, and contribution to his team.
