The Chatham Thursday 5-a-side Football League reached its dramatic climax last night for its final week of the season. The thrilling matches in Division 1 saw players battling it out with great determination, highlighting the spirit of the game.


In a fierce encounter, Double Pogba And Koke locked horns with Rice Spice, where the latter emerged victorious with a score of 7-6. Despite the defeat, the top scorer, David Withey, came from Double Pogba and Koke, showcasing his exceptional skill on the field with a total of 2 goals for the week.


Another high octane match saw Net6 N Chill claim an 8-2 victory over Radar Raiders, displaying a stellar performance. Rochester FC also had a successful evening, defeating Perrys 5-1. Meanwhile, Saka Potatoes narrowly edged past Dyslexia CF with a 4-3 scoreline, and Bendher Rovers FC ended in a 2-2 draw against Mac 4.


When it comes to individual performances, Zach Henderson from Rice Spice stole the spotlight, earning the title of the most valued player for the week. His remarkable performance was integral to the team's success and left a lasting impression on spectators and teammates alike.


The ultimate glory of the Chatham Thursday Football League was claimed by Mac 4 in Division 1. With a total of 30 points and 14 wins, they dominated the season and set a high standard for the upcoming leagues.
