The Barnsley Sunday 6-a-side Football League wrapped up its final games of the season last night, drawing a close to the thrilling 10-week competition. The games were played out across five divisions: Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, and Division 4, each boasting a unique set of high-spirited teams.
In the Premier League, the match between "NOT IN YOUR MUMS FOREST" and "Net 6 And Chill" ended in a 1-1 draw. However, "SPORTING LITBONG" emerged victorious with a 4-2 triumph over "What's Point UTD". The star of the division was player LEWIS from SPORTING LITBONG, who topped the scoring chart with a total of 1 goal.
Division 1 saw "B.M.H.G." facing a narrow defeat against "Ben Dover" with a 1-0 scoreline. "Hardly Athletic" showcased an impressive performance, defeating "OCCASIONALLY UNITED" 4-1. Their player, AIDEN, topped the division's scoring chart with 2 goals.
The final week of the season saw teams "PREMIERS OLD BOYS" and "Craggy FC" drawing 0-0 in Division 2. However, "Paris Ganjaman" and "Real Sociopaths" triumphed over their respective opponents with impressive wins.
