Horncastle Monday 6-a-side: Action-packed week!

The Horncastle Monday 6-a-side saw some great games this week, as we capped off round 15 of this season’s action. 

As league leaders Ginger Gaffer got a walkover, second-placed Lallanas in Pyjamas took on Hardly Athletic. 

The pair put on an absolute show, contesting an 11-goal thriller that went back and forth constantly. Ultimately, it was the second-placed side that managed to find stability and walk away with a 7-4 win. 

It’s hard to imagine a game topping something like that, but Werder Beerman and Real Social Dads were even more neck and neck in their battle. Another pulsating 11-goal encounter saw RSD prevail 6-5. 

Beercelona claimed two crucial points with a 2-0 win over Perak, as OneTchouameni grabbed a rare point with a 1-1 draw against Francs FC.
