Horncastle Monday 6-a-side: Recapping a great week of games!

There were some terrific games played in the Horncastle Monday 6-a-side league this week, with lots of goals to go around. 

Kicking things off, we saw league leaders Ginger Gaffer continue their stellar form with a 2-1 win over fourth-placed Real Social Dads in what was a tough game. Goals from Daniel Nixon and Charlie Stapleton sealed the deal as Ollie Cranfield took home MVP for a superb all-round display. 

Francs FC cruised to a 6-2 win over SV Werder Beerman thanks to an inspired performance from Alex Edwards.

Hardly Athletic claimed two crucial points with a 3-1 win over OneTchouameni as Ryan Nunn claimed MOTM.

Second-placed Lallanas in Pyjamas continued their chase of the league leaders by beating Perak 3-0 thanks to goals from Josh Burgess and a brace from MVP Callum Rodger. Pathetico Seniors got a 5-0 win over Beercelona to cap things off.
