Horncastle Monday 6-a-side: Weekly News

This week was a big one in the Horncastle Monday 6-a-side league, with some great games at the Playing Fields.

We began with a top-of-the-table encounter between Ginger Gaffer FC and Lallanas in Pyjamas, as the latter had the chance to draw level on points with the leaders. However, Ginger Gaffer cruised to a 4-1 win led by MVP Charlie Stapleton to increase their lead to four points.

Pathetico Seniors put in a clinical display against Real Social Dads to win 5-1 as Luke Crossland earned MOTM, and Perak cruised to a 4-0 win against Francs FC, inspired by Jason Hillier. 

Hardly Athletic and SV Werder Beerman faced off in a highly-entertaining match, with the former prevailing 5-2 thanks to an inspired performance from Elliot Dixon. Capping things off, we saw a 0-0 draw between OneTchouameni and Beercelona.
