Garibaldi get their first win!

TEAM OF THE WEEK!

How could we award it to any other team than Garibaldi Reds...8 games in and they now have their first win! We love this team at Kimberley leisure centre, they have been around for ages and are always reliable. They turn up every week not expecting to win but still turn up every week and enjoy their football. This week they obviously decided enough is enough and were determined to grab that first win. I really hope that this victory will give them a huge boost of team moral and push them onto even more impressive performances against even tougher opponents. These guys nearly always score, but usually just struggle with conceding too many goals, so maybe they have now found a way to reduce the amount of times the keeper has to get the ball out of the back of his net like last night. Sounds obvious, but its always the simple things that are the hardest!

MOTM AWARDS!

Andy Vickerton - JMT -Yet again Andy puts in another MOTM performance in the attacking half of the pitch, as he does so often for his team and yet again is vital for his teams victory. A 3rd MOTM award for Andy puts him firmly at the top of the Player of the season table
