Lichfield 6-a-side Weekly Update

MONDAY’S MATCH REPORT

It was a brilliant evening of action at Lichfield Leisure Leagues yesterday evening which saw a number of shock results across all divisions. All teams were in attendance as scheduled. 

We thank all teams for their continued reliability and support as always.

In the Premier League, Out on Bale are our new league leaders as they beat Surreal Madrid 19-1. Pjanic returned to form after last weeks’ defeat with a hard fought 2-1 win over Interyanan. APFC also got back to winning ways as they beat Show me the Mane 4-2. Elsewhere, nothing could separate Weasels and Colonel Getafe as they battled to a 2-2 draw

Moving on to Division 1, Yes Chef continued their fine form as they beat Dog Inn FC 5-3. Barely Athletic displayed their promotion credentials as they beat 3rd placed MK Dongs 3-3. 

Pique Blinders came out on top in a 2-1 victory against Slick Ricks Army. Finally, Exeter Gently shrugged off last week’s defeat as they beat Wooleys Wanderers 3-2

 Ice Pack’s 100% record continued as they beat Murder on Zidanes Floor 3-2 to make it 7 out of 7! Reus Krispies moved into the promotion places as they beat Sutton Sounders in a 8 goal thriller,5-3.

Noel Rejects also picked up a victory as beat Thursday Club 3-1. Neither

team could find a winner as Inter Mavan and Busby Babes played out a 1-1 draw.
