Lichfield MATCH REPORT

 The Lichfield Monday 6-a-side Football League was back in full swing this week, as teams battled it out. Our retro bib also made their debut, France 98 and England 82!

In the Premier League, APFC left no room for doubt with a dominant performance against Dog Inn FC, securing a resounding 5-0 victory. Meanwhile, Colonel Getafe were defeated by SHOW ME THE MANE, ultimately succumbing to an 8-2 defeat. Out On Bale proved their mettle, shutting out Old Heads with a commanding 9-0 result.

Division 1 witnessed some impressive goal-scoring as well. Greggs On Legs FC emerged triumphant with a convincing 6-2 win over Six Offenders. Pique Blinders maintained their composure and secured a solid 3-0 win against ICE PACK. Weasels, meanwhile, narrowly edged out MK Dongs with a 1-0 victory, demonstrating their ability to grind out results.

In Division 2, goals were at a premium as teams battled to assert their dominance. A fiercely contested match between 2 GOALS 1 CUP and Busby Babes ended in a hard-fought 1-1 draw. AFC Wellington Bombers fought valiantly but fell short against the resilient Slick Ricks Army, who clinched a narrow 2-1 win.
