Play in the Lichfield Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was a good evening of action at Lichfield Leisure Leagues on Monday which saw a number of shock results across the divisions. All teams were in attendance as scheduled, we thank all teams for their continued support and reliability as always.

In the Premier League Division, Out On Bale triumphed 2-0 over Weasels, demonstrating why their our current champions. In an electrifying game, Pique Blinders put in the performance of the evening as they narrowly outscored Pjanic At The Disco 4-3, while Inter Yanan managed a decisive 3-1 victory against SHOW ME THE MANE. Meanwhile, APFC and Yes Chef battled it out in an intense game that resulted in a 2-2 draw. Yes Chef are our early leaders on goal difference.

Division 1 saw Barely Athletic register a resounding 4-1 victory against Slick Ricks Army to keep up their 100% record, while MK Dongs secured a  2-0 win against Colonel Getafe. Exeter Gently emerged victorious with a 3-1 win over ICE PACK, and Reus Krispies upset the odds with a 4-2 win against Surreal Madrid.

In Division 2, Murder On Zidanes Floor clinched a win in a nail-biting match against Law Abiding Sigurdssons, triumphing 3-2. Inter Row Z humbled Sutton Sounders with a 1-0 victory, and Thursday Club managed to edge out Finley Fiddlers 1-0. In an exciting finale, Noels Rejects bested Inter MaVan with a 2-1 score to pick up their first victory of the season.
