Play in the Lichfield Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

LICHFIELD - In its eighth week, the Lichfield Monday 6-a-side Football League saw some thrilling action across its Premier League, Division 1 and Division 2.

In the Premier League, SHOW ME THE MANE took the top spot with a hard-fought victory over Dairy Milk FC, winning 4-3 in a thrilling contest. The Pique Blinders and the Weasels fought to a 3-3 draw, while the team Out On Bale managed to edge past Yes Chef with a 2-1 triumph. The other match saw APFC secure a narrow 1-0 win over Inter Yanan, making the Premier League battles fiercer than ever.

In Division 1, the Colonel Getafe and Barely Athletic match ended in a 2-2 draw. ICE PACK managed to clinch a 1-0 victory against Surreal Madrid. Slick Ricks Army tallied a 3-2 win over Marodinner, while Exeter Gently overcame MK Dongs with a 4-2 scoreline.

In Division 2, there were more tight contests. Sutton Sounders eked out a 1-0 win against Murder On Zidanes Floor, while Finley Fiddlers and Inter MaVan ended their match with a 2-2 draw. Thursday Club fell 1-2 to the formidable Inter Row Z. Law Abiding Sigurdssons defeated Noels Rejects 2-1 in a nail-biting match.
