LICHFIELD MONDAY'S FOOTBALL LEAGUE WITNESSES EXHILARATING WEEK 5 MATCHES

That's all folks! It was a fantastic last match week of the year in our Lichfield 6-a-side Monday League. We'd like to thank all teams for their continued support and reliability in 2024. The league resumes January 6th 2025! 

In the Premier League, Club Tropicana Drinks FC outclassed Barely Athletic with a 3-1 victory, showcasing some impressive footwork and teamwork. Moving along, Colonel Getafe shocked Thursday Club 2-0 to pick up their first victory of the season! Yes Chef continued their superb form with an impressive 3-0 win against Out On Bale. In a closely contested match, Weegion triumphed over APFC with a 2-1 scoreline.

The Division 1 matches were equally exciting. SHOW ME THE MANE emerged victorious against Mere Green F with a 5-3 win. ICE PACK and Special Olympiakos ended in a stalemate with a 0-0 tie. Perth Glory Hole managed a narrow 1-0 victory over CF Garobatso, while Unathletico Madrid overwhelmed MK Dongs with a 4-0 triumph.

In Division 2, Baloteletubbies managed a close win against Sutton Sounders with an exciting 3-2 final score. Inter MaVan defeated BaconMbappe 3-1, whereas Bobcats Bombers lost to Inter Row Z by 1-0. Finally, Pique Blinders were unable to stand up against Parks Poachers and lost 2-1.
