Lichfield Monday Round Up 29/03

It was fantastic welcoming everyone back to Lichfield Leisure Leagues last night, every team was raring to go and there were some brilliant matches across the evening as everyone looked to shake the cobwebs offs! Thank you for your continued support and reliability over the last 12 months.  

Our Monday League returns on Monday April 12th after the Easter Bank Holiday!

Reminder- Our league operates a zero tolerance policy of any abusive behaviour towards our Match Officials. Lichfield Leisure Leagues prides itself on creating a family environment where everybody feels safe to enjoy the game they love. Any team jeopardising the enjoyment of others will be removed from the league. 

LFC have now been removed from the league.

Premier League

Pjanic continued where they left off with a 7-1 victory over WS15 Wanderers. Nothing could separate APFC and Show Me The Mane as they battled out a score draw. HIT came out with a 4-2 win over ICE PACK who will be hoping to launch a title challenge! The thriller of the night came between Nione FC and Colonel Getafe with Getafe eding it 4-3!

Division 1

Despite it being 4 months since their last match and in a fresh new kit, Car Park FC made it 3 out of 3 to top the table with a 2-0 victory over Taylor Minty! Fradley Fab 6 joined Car Park FC on 6 points as they beat Gangsta's Allardyce 3-1. Elsewhere, Pique Blinder battled to a rare stalemate over leagues veterans Old heads and MK Dongs came out with a 4-1 win over LFC.

Once again, a huge thank you to every team for your support and reliability over a very challenging 12 months and has helped our league to flourish once again. We'll see you back at King Eddies on Monday 12th April after the Easter Bank Holiday!
