Lichfield Weekly Round Up 04/11

It was another fantastic evening at Lichfield Leisure Leagues with all teams in attendance, as the leagues really start to take shape.

Premier Division

In the Premier Division, we saw 16 goals over 4 games! Both The Fountain and Byron Boyz got back to winning ways after their stalemate last week. The Fountain beat Nione FC 6-0 and Byron Boyz came out on top 4-0 against Show me the Mane. APFC joined Byron Boyz on 6 points with a comprehnsive 4-1 victory over SBFC. Elsewhere, Colonel Getafe made it two wins on the bounce, securing a narrow 1-0 victory over Ice Pack.

First Division

The First Division saw even more goals than the Premier Division with an unbelievable 22 goals netted! MK Dongs and Only Fools & Scorers battled out an 11 goal thriller, in the end Only Fools & Scorers came out on top 7-4 to secure their first win of the season. GSA All Stars also picked up their first win of the season with a 3-2 victory over Hityobihfromtheback. Southmill Soccer's 100% record is still intact as they made it 4 out of 4 with a 2-1 win over Hardley Athletic. Finally, Too Jazzy FC secured a 2-1 victory over Old Heads to move within two points of the leaders.
