Lichfield Weekly Round Up 25/11

Thank you to all of those teams that contacted me in advance to make me aware that they could not fulfil their fixture attend due to the Aston Villa Game. We will be back up to our full compliment of teams next week! 

Premier Division

In the Premier Division, The Fountain picked up a comfortable 3-0 victory over ICE pack to continue their unbeaten record. Meanwhile Show me The Mane thumped SBFC in an impressive 5-1 victory. APFC got back to winning ways after last weeks defeat with a resounding 4-1 victory over Nione FC.

First Division

Hardley Athletic and Hityobhifromtheback served up a goal feast in a quite incredible game. Hardley Athletic came from behind to eventually come out 7-4 winners!!! 

We are now officially halfway through the season and all is to play for in both leagues!!! Only 3 points separate the top 3 in the Premier Division who are all battling it out to be crowned league champions. 

In the first division, the battle for promotion is intensifying, with only 1 point separating 2nd and 5th place, promotion is anyone's to grab!
