Lichfield Weekly Round up 28/10

It was fantastic to see all teams in attendance at what proved to be another brilliant night of action at King Eddies. 

Premier Division

We start our weekly round up in the Premier Division. Byron Boyz and The Fountain fought out an absolute epic with the score finishing level at 3-3. That result for The Fountain means there is only 1 point separating the Top 4 teams! Ice Pack got back to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Nione FC. Colonel Getafe picked up their first win of the season with a resounding 3-0 victory over SBFC. Finally, APFC made it back to back victories with another 2-1 win over Show me the Mane.

First Division

There was another goal feast in the First Division. GSA All stars picked up their first point of the season in another thrilling affair with MK Dongs, as nothing could separate the sides with it finishing up  4-4. Hardley Athletic picked up their first win of the season in what proved to be a tight contest, beating Only Fools and Scorers 3-2. Old Heads suffered their first defeat of the season by the narrowest of margins, losing 1-0 to Hityobihfromtheback. The leagues only undefeated side remains Southmill Soccer as they continued their push for promotion with a 2-0 win over Too Jazzy FC.
