Monday 24th September - Lichfield Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening of 6 a side football in Lichfield on Monday which saw all teams in attendance across both divisions throughout the night as scheduled.

APFC stay top of the pile in the Premier Division with another impressive win, this time a hard fought 2-1 over Notinyamoms Forest.  Their nearest contenders Athletico Pathetico and Colonel Getafe both won again this week but can't seem to close the 5 point gap at the moment.

Its a similar story in Division One with Ice Pack on 15 points out of a possible 16 at this stage of the season, this week saw them beat Barmyarmytage 5-0.  Mark Bunn Dat are in limbo at the moment, 3 points off top spot and 3 points ahead of third place, this after a 3-1 win over BG Then Para this week.

Game of the night was the 3-2 victory with Show Me The Mane overcoming Nione FC in the Premier DIvision in an entertaining encounter.
