Monday 29th October - Lichfield Round-Up

It was an excellent evening of 6 a side football in Lichfield on Monday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night with the exception of 'J Monk' who called ahead and cancelled which we thank them for, they return on Monday 5th November.

APFC continued their incredible season after a 4-1 win over Colonel Getafe.  Second place is still up for grabs in the Premier Division with three teams separated by 2 points!  Realistically though due to goal difference, it is between Athletico Pathetico and Show Me The Mane to see who clinches the Runners-Up position.

Ice Pack have somewhat limped over the line in Division One after 3 games without a win.  However, they are finally promoted despite their 4-1 defeat against BG Then Para as third placed Mark Bunn Dat were hammered 10-2 by The Fountain in a shock result!  Old Heads won again and are now just one point off top spot meaning a win next week and Ice Pack failing to win would clinch them a title win which looked so unlikely 4 weeks ago.
