Promotion and Relegation battles on a knife edge!!!

The promotion and relegation battles are truly on a knife edge after another fascinating round of fixtures at King Eddies. We'll start our round up in the Premier League. 

Premier League

At the top of the league, The Fountain beat APFC 4-1, can they make it an unbeaten season?

As we head into the final week of the season, there is a remarkable relegation battle unfolding in the Premier League. Only one point separates SBFC, ICE PACK and NIONE FC. Colonel Getafe ran out comfortable 5-0 winners against NIONE FC to leave them one point adrift. Similarly, Ice Pack lost 3-1 against Show me the Mane  leaving them level on points with SBFC who are placed 6th.  With ICE PACK and NIONE FC playing against each other on the final day of the season, they'll be hoping Colonel Getafe can do them a favour against SBFC!

Division One

With Southmill Soccer running away with the league, the battle for the second promotion place is too close to call! Pjanic at the Disco, Old Heads and Hityobihfromtheback all find themselves on 16 points heading into the final week of the season! MK Dongs held Old heads to a 1-1 draw which sees them drop down to third place. Pjanic at the Disco took advantage of that result with a fantastic 9-0 victory over Ayew Ready. 

Who will hold their nerve on the last day of the season to secure promotion? Who will escape the drop? All will be revealed next week at Lichfield Leisure Leagues!
