Thank you to all teams for your continued reliability and support. It was once again a fantastic evening of action at Leisure Leagues which saw the league leaders slip up!
Match Report
Unathletico's 100% record finally came to an end as they couldn't find a way past the resolute Class on Artificial grass in 0-0 stalemate. Team Captain Kieran will be hoping this is a sign of things to come as they got off the mark with a brilliant result against the league leaders.
That result for Unathletico gave Pukki's 6 and 5 star Drillers the chance to close the gap at the top to just one point. And that's exactly what they did! It was seven heaven for 5 star as they brushed Clickheads a side in a 7-1 victory. Similarly Pukki's 6 despatched 4 past JT Yana who drop down to 4th. Team Captain Josh will be hoping they can get back to winning ways next week to climb back up the league.
Elsewhere, Bridge FC picked up their first win of the season with a fantastic 8-0 win over The Khanguroos.
Next week- All is to play for!!!
Can Clickheads rediscover their form against Bridge FC? Can JT Yana get back to winning ways against league leaders Unathletico? Will The Khanguroos claim their first victory of the season as they come up against Class on artificial grass? Will Pukki's 6 continue their title push against fellow contenders 5 Star Drillers?
All will be revealed next week at Leisure Leagues!
