Play in the Guernsey Wednesday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

The Guernsey Wednesday 6 a side football league continued with a bang in week 11 of the season. There were some thrilling encounters as the teams battled it out on the field for supremacy.

In the Premier League, the Aztekkers secured a 2-0 victory over Greenhouse FC, while Bunty Collacks had a commanding 3-0 win over Class On Grass. Los Diablos put in a solid performance, defeating Brentford Rejects 3-1, and Baines On Toast managed to edge out Bossolona in a high-scoring match that ended 5-3. Les Green Mango FC also secured an impressive 2-0 victory over Substandard Liege.

The Division 1 matches also produced some excellent results. KPMxG sealed a narrow 1-0 win over Brexit FC, while Zoumascats comfortably defeated Tiki Tekkers 3-1. Pelé Galaxy CF managed to edge out FC Augsburg in a closely contested match that ended 2-1. Meanwhile, the match between Ran Out Of Mane and Egg Fried Reus ended in a goalless draw, and One Foot In The Grave put in a dominant display to win 9-0 against Krul And The Gang.

In the Division 2 matches, Too Many Flutes FC secured a 2-0 win over 2 Girls 1 Schlupp, while GUERNSEY ACADEMICALS had a resounding 5-0 victory over Lochness Donkeys. No U FC and Football Club FC played out a goalless draw, and Park Place Rangers suffered a 2-0 loss to Cherry-Poppers. In the final match of the division, Slaughterhampton put in a dominant performance to defeat Wanyamas In Pyjamas 8-0.

Overall, it was a great week of football, with some fantastic performances from the teams. The league looks set to continue producing some thrilling matches in the coming weeks as the battle for supremacy heats up.
