Football Fever Soars In Guernsey As The 6 A Side League Enters Week 6

In what was an exciting week 6 of the Guernsey Wednesday 6 A Side Football League, teams from across the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 had their mettle tested.

In the Premier League, Los Diablos shocked fans and opponents alike by handing a 4-1 defeat to RC FC. Aztekkers also made their presence felt with a commanding 4-0 victory over Burnley Babes. Class On Grass secured a 2-0 victory against One Foot In The Grave, while Too Many Flutes FC and Substandard Liege, along with Gash Galvanisers and Baines On Toast, finished the night with a 1-1 draw each.

Division 1 was not short of excitement either. Exeter Gently claimed a thrilling 6-3 victory over Bitcoin, while Pelé Galaxy CF kept a clean sheet with a 2-0 win over Bossolona. The Mail Men came out on top with a 2-1 win over Brentford Rejects and Man Cheaty 115 edged past KPMxG with a 3-2 victory. The face-off between Football Club FC and Egg Fried Reus ended in a 2-2 draw.

In Division 2, Purple Reign triumphed over AAFC with a 4-2 win, and 2 Girls 1 Schlupp delivered a stunning 5-0 defeat to Lochness Donkeys. Guernsey Academicals showcased their prowess with a 5-1 victory over Maurice FC, and Jager Sinkers came out on top in a high-scoring match against Ran Out Of Mane with a 7-4 win. Cherry-Poppers closed out the division with a 3-0 victory over EY 11.
