Weekly News from Wednesday 7th June

A brilliant night of football on Wednesday which saw all teams in attendance was marred by a couple of extremely disappointing incidents. One Hit Wonder have been removed from the league with immediate effect after repeatedly abusing the referee, and are banned from all future Leisure Leagues competition.

Elsewhere there was a booking apiece for Los Hombres and Parker De Bus. George Van Der Tang from Parker De Bus and Chris Torode from Los Hombres will both receive £10 fines for their actions on the night.

Leisure Leagues employs a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour at any of the leagues that we operate. Any team or player seen to be displaying this sort of behaviour will receive fines and bans accordingly.
