Newark Monday kicked off its first week of the season with some exciting matches and standout performances. The 6 a side football league saw teams from two divisions, Premier League and Division 1, competing for victories.

In the Premier League division, Ayew Radged started strong with a 3-1 victory over Real Middlebeck CF. Ashley Mersh of Ayew Radged proved to be a key player, scoring two goals and earning the title of top scorer for the week. Real Sociopaths followed with a 2-0 win over Champagne Super Rovers, while Old Mags and Fernwood FC played to a 2-2 draw. Moleicester City FC took the top spot in the division with a dominant 6-0 win over Middlebeck United FC.

In Division 1, CF Wanderers secured a 3-0 win over Pique Blinders, while Not In Mums Forest Fc dominated with a 7-1 victory over Danilos Dinglos. Henry Beedhan of Danilos Dinglos claimed the title of top scorer for the division with one goal. Grabbans Little Helpers and Fisherthem closed out the division with a close 0-1 match, leaving Fisherthem with the win.
