Margate Monday Football League Kicks Off New Season with Competitive Matches

The Margate Monday 6 a side football league kicked off its new season this week, with four divisions each showcasing a series of competitive and riveting matches.

In Division 1, UTT FC made a commanding start to the season, storming past Finding Timo with an impressive 5-1 victory. Meanwhile, Siggs Aside squeezed past Longhead FC with a closely fought 3-2 win. In a less eventful match, Wonkey Donkey Wanderers and 2 Goals 1 Cup ended in a goalless draw, setting the stage for an intriguing season ahead.

Over in Division 2, minority FC outshined Send Umtitis with a 2-0 victory, marking a strong start for their season. The match between Shi*house Athletic and FURYS ended in a 3-3 draw, showcasing the tight competition in the division. Expected Toulouse and Tik Tak Tekkerz similarly shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw.

Division 3 saw a goal fest as Jim'll 6 It trounced Murder On Zidanes Floor 6-0, marking the highest goal tally in the opening week. Grezas also had a strong start, with a 5-2 win over Plough Town FC. Broadstairs Bumders delivered a convincing 4-2 victory over SAKA FAT Dijk FC.

In Division 4, Crystal Phallus made a resounding statement with a 9-0 thrashing of The Willows. FC Bumders also started their campaign on a high note, overcoming Granny Gobblers 4-1. Evan Burgerson FC secured a 3-1 win over INTER YERNAN.
