In the latest round of Margate Monday's thrilling football league, we witnessed intense showdowns across all divisions which culminated in week 5 drawing to a dramatic close.

In Division 1, there were no matches played this week which left the teams preparing for the next week’s games.

Division 2 saw some intense action with FURYS putting up a solid defense to secure a 2-1 win over 2 Goals 1 Cup. Expected Toulouse displayed their dominance with a 2-0 win over Send Umtitis. However, the most significant victory came from Siggs Aside, who managed an overwhelming 9-2 win against Crystal Phallus.

Division 3 was equally competitive, with a nail-biting match between Jim'll 6 It and Broadstairs Bumders that ended with a 4-3 victory for the latter. A high-scoring draw was witnessed when Evan Burgerson FC and South Park Boys ended the game with a 3-3 tie.

Strokes Golf FC followed suit, winning 7-2 against WeHateCakesFC. Nasty Girls also delivered a strong performance, securing a comfortable 4-0 win against Flea N Fellas.

As for the top scorers, Division 2's Siggs Aside took the spotlight with their 9-goal haul, while in Division 3, Broadstairs Bumders and South Park Boys managed to put 4 and 3 in the net, respectively. Division 4 saw Birchington FC and Thunderbuddies each score twice, and Division 5's Hammer Time FC and Strokes Golf FC displayed superior offensive prowess with 6 and 7 goals, respectively.
