MARGATE WEDNESDAY FOOTBALL LEAGUE: WEEK 3 RECAP

It was an evening of vibrant action as week 3 of the Margate Wednesday 6-a-side football league unfolded. The matches were filled with intense competition, spectacular goals and strategic game plans, making it a thrilling spectacle for all the football enthusiasts.

Starting with Division 1, Crackadona FC faced a startling defeat with a 1-4 scoreline against Furys, despite their relentless efforts. Meanwhile, TWS showcased a strong performance by thrashing The Akatsuki 4-1, demonstrating their top-notch skills and teamwork. The top scorer for Division 1 was a TWS player who scored a stunning hat trick, securing their win.

In Division 2, 2 Goals 1 Cup barely managed to scrape a 1-0 victory against Bumfica, in an intensely fought match. However, The Casuals dominated Scads FC with a 3-1 scoreline, reflecting their superior game strategy. Non Bibs had a nightmare of a game, losing 0-7 to the impressive Goals Aloud FC. The top scorer in this division was a striker from Goals Aloud FC who scored an outstanding four goals.

Shifting focus to Division 3, a high scoring clash between 6IX NETS FC and Broady Boys ended in an 8-5 victory for the latter. Windmill FC crushed Efes FC 7-0, while PLAY DIRTY left no stone unturned in their 11-0 demolition of Hells Angels. The star of the division was a midfielder from PLAY DIRTY, who scored five of the eleven goals.
