In the week 9 showdown of the Harlow Monday Football League, there was no shortage of action with thrilling matches in both Division 1 and Division 2.

In Division 1, MTX tasted defeat as they lost by the narrowest of margins to FYFC, with the final scoreline reading 1-2. FC Beercalona, however, dominated their match against Cesc And The City ending with a decisive 6-1 victory. The most enthralling game of the division was between Club Tropicana Drinks FC and Who 8 All The Depays. Who 8 All The Depays proved to be the superior team, scoring 6 goals to Club Tropicana Drinks FC’s single goal.

As for Division 2, the highlight of the week was the game between D6 and Team Name, with the latter emerging as victors by a score of 3-1. The most lopsided match of the division, however, saw Mal FC triumph over Antoine Greasemen with a convincing score of 7-1. The only scoreless draw of the week was between Lord Of The Ings and Smokey, with both teams failing to find the back of the net. In contrast, Hardly Athletic found themselves at the wrong end of an 8-0 drubbing at the hands of Buffins Boys.

The top scorers of Division 1 and Division 2 were FC Beercalona and Mal FC respectively, both delivering standout performances.
