Brand new Mildenhall Wednesday 6 a side kicks off

It was a great start to the new Mildenhall Wednesday 6 a side season with all teams in attendance for our opening night. There is still one space to fill so it's not to late to join in from next week.

The early leaders in the Premier League are Tekkerslovakia who enjoyed an opening day win over Inter Ya Nan winning 9-2 to go top on goal difference. Ipswich picked up a points match win due to the remaining space in the league to go second. West Row Gunners and Pique Blinders also got themselves off to winning starts as West Row defeated Btownshaggers 4-0 and Pique won 4-1 against Knappers FC. The match of the day came between Murder On Zidane's Floor and Knight United as Zidane's won a 11 goal thriller 6-5.
