MILDENHALL 6 A SIDE WEDNESDAY ROUND UP

It was a somewhat quiet night of football at Mildenhall with several teams booking the week off over the Easter break. We do have a couple of spaces available in the league if teams are looking to get playing, especially as we head towards the end of the 11 a side season.

There were two key league games at the top of the Prem and Div 1, here's a brief round up of the results. Causals kept up their 100% record this season with an impressive 5-3 win over a good The Playground side. Tom Bristley scored a hat-trick while Ash Dobson added a brace. In Div 1 there was another key game at the top as Galacticos remain on course for promotion with a 6-3 win over Ipswich, it leaves them in the promotion places and just a point behind leaders FC Tigres.

Thank you to Brian and James for reffing the night and to our teams. Hopefully we should see a full programme back next week with the return of a few teams.
