Some fantastic matches at Mildenhall Wednesday 6 a side

It was great to see all 10 teams in attendance at our new Mildenhall Wednesday night 6 a side league with three teams with their 100% records still in tact after match day 3. 

At the top of the table are Tekkerslovakia who overcame Btownshaggers 5-1 with strikes from Sam Molyneux 2, Liam Isaacson 2 and Tom Harris for Tekkers. Callum Beard with one back for Btown. Two other sides with perfect records so far are Pique Blinders and Murder On Zidane's Floor. Captain Will Bales scored twice as he lead his Pique Blinders team to a 4-0 win over Inter Ye Nan, Dan Borgloe and Max Mcenery with the other goals. Zidane's had a much closer game which was far from cagey as they produced an 11 goal thriller with Ipswich which they won 6-5. Captain Keiran Wingfield lead by example scoring 4 for Zidane's to add to goals from Scroggy and Mepham while Ipswich's goals came from Jack Turner 3 and Billy Proctor 2. 

In the other two fixtures West Row Gunners picked up their second win of the season after being away last week as they defeated I Hueng Me Son 5-2. West Row scoring through captain Ben Watts 2, Carl Jackson 2 and Josh Bradford. Son's scorers were Tom Argos and Kieron. Finally in another close match Knappers FC won for the first time as they beat Knights United 3-2 with Colby Poolton the hero as he banged a hat-trick to seal the win. In response for Knights Joe Jones bagged himself a brace.
