The second week of the Lincoln Monday 6-a-side football league brought us a flurry of goals and fierce competition across the divisions.

In Division 1, Black Carrot United put on a star-studded performance, outclassing their opponents Ctrl Alt De Ligt with a resounding 6-0 victory. The match showcased the team's aggressive attacking prowess and ironclad defense. Meanwhile, the much-anticipated encounter between CK FC and Earth Wind And Maguire ended in a 2-0 win for CK FC. Despite the best efforts of Earth Wind And Maguire, the impeccable goalkeeping and tactical play of CK FC made the difference.

The action continued in Division 2, where it was a goal fest in the match between Brake Yashins and Scratterz N Mash. The latter emerged victorious with a stunning 7-0 scoreline. The on-field chemistry and flawless finishes from the Scratterz N Mash players were commendable. Hungry Jippos couldn't quench their thirst for victory and succumbed to a 3-1 defeat against Odem Chicken Wingies. The evening finished with Tottenham Hotspoon taking a heavy hit with a 7-3 defeat at the feet of Puyol Pants Down.

Top scorers of the week, from Division 1, came from the Black Carrot United squad, sweeping the board with their 6-0 victory. In Division 2, the top scorers were unsurprisingly from the Scratterz N Mash team, which dominated their match with a whopping 7-0 scoreline.
