Play in the Lincoln Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In a spectacular show of sportsmanship and tenacity, the 6th week of the Lincoln Monday 6-a-side Football League wrapped up last night with thrilling results.

In Division 1, Costco Guys and Maradona Kebab had everyone on the edge of their seats with a nail-biting 6-6 draw. Both teams displayed a high level of skill, but neither managed to secure a decisive score. The second match of the division saw FC SITHE clinch a much-needed victory over Flab Back FC with a 2-0 scoreline. This clean sheet victory will prove to be a significant confidence booster for FC SITHE as they move forward in the league.

Moving onto Division 2, Harvey's faced off against Pepe Pig in a match that saw the latter emerge with a 2-goal lead, winning the game 4-2. Pepe Pig showed an impressive offensive and defensive game, demonstrating why they should not be underestimated. In the second game Jimmys Kids battled it out against Only Put Matip In, and it was a close contest. The final score stood at 2-1 in favor of Only Put Matip In, showcasing their strategic edge.

As the night closed, we saw some impressive performances from individual players as well. The top scorers in each division stood out in their performances. In Division 1, a player from Costco Guys and a player from Maradona Kebab shared the top spot with their impressive goal scores. Over in Division 2, it was a player from Pepe Pig who stole the show with his scoring prowess.
