Weekly News from Sunday 7th May

A great night of football on Sunday saw all teams in attendance as expected, as we saw some more dramatic fixtures played. We saw a glut of fantastic goals scored throughout the night, with the league table continuing to get tighter.

However we were extremely disappointed to hear of an incident in the game involving Young And Hung. One of their players was sent off after showing dissent to the referee, and now faces a £20 fine and two week ban.

Leisure Leagues employs a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour at any of the leagues that we operate. Any team or player seen to be displaying this sort of behaviour will receive fines and bans accordingly.
